A German Walk

Every journey is a brand-new symphony that awakens a variety of emotions within you. Visiting new places, meeting new people, gaining and sharing fresh perspectives, and getting recognition for something we never imagined we would. Yes! The way life is, we often receive attention for things we consider to be less significant, but we never receive appreciation for the activities we spend most of our time on. Life and time experiment with us in a similar way as musical notation; at some point, one note can alter the composition's direction, but that doesn't imply the other notes aren't also contributing. The satisfaction of travel comes when you realise that the storm, high tides, and downpours were meant to pass through your life for a greater understanding of the life that you walk. This time I travelled across borders, and countries to reach my destination, the travel was not easy, and I owe my gratitude to many to make this happen. No one in this world is self-made; opportunities come your way, and the knowledge you receive from them improves you as a person. Opportunities won't present themselves to you unless the world believes you are capable of handling them.

My time in Leipzig was delightful and rich in interesting historical and scientific insights. Leipzig was formerly under soviet authority, and the oppression did a lot of damage to the city's economy and way of living. But history is history, and After the reunification of Germany, Leipzig is today one of the most sought-after locations to live. The city was full of lessons and inspiration, many tried to conquer Leipzig and put her down from Napoleon to the Soviet regime. But, Smaug won't frighten her since she is strong and has a soul that has been moulded by fire.

The city walk continued the friends I made, and the skills I gained kept me thinking some dreams come true, and still the same questions haunting why me? Am I really deserving to see and learn all these? Self-deprivation and hesitation is something I couldn't defeat. Still fighting to cut the ropes of burden and to fly to the limitless possibilities in this world; where every city has a tale to tell and every person you meet has a lesson to impart. In such journeys, the opportunity to express yourself honestly can sometimes be lost due to shyness. Yet, life takes you through many paths to discover who you are and what you are capable of.  

Every restaurant and city centre was decked out for the summer to entice every person who walked by. Summers are energising and invigorating. Like a contemporary scientific nomad, I strolled while composing every moment, every light, every breeze, and every smile. The stroll satisfied my urge to keep walking as well as the scientific impetus. 

Yes, I do think this was an opportunity I deserved, and I shall await my next opportunity to see the unseen mysteries of this world and to share some pieces of my tale.
